Description
From 100% Iberico pork produced in Andalusia and Extremadura’s farmlands.
This pork is processed in the sausage and salting ham factories, in the Natural Park of the Aracena Mountain Range and the Aroche Peaks (Production area D.O.P. Jabugo).
The appellation of origin of Iberian ham (PDO – Protected Designation of Origin) guarantees the highest quality of the product. It ensures the Iberian breed of pig, the food received during the fattening period (pastures and acorns) in any of the pasture areas contemplated in the regulation, and the production method, following unique traditional processes.
Maturing: For a 24 to 36 months period, according to the weight of the piece.
